Sales Enablement Specialist, Go-To-Market

GoCanvas specializes in digital fieldworker collaboration and compliance, while SiteDocs, a GoCanvas solution, focuses on workplace safety management through mobile and web apps. We are seeking a tech-savvy and sales-minded individual to become our next Sale Enablement Specialist to help align our sales go-to-market motion with selling processes and tools.
As our Sales Enablement GTM Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing the sales go-to-market motion, focusing on the processes, tools, and resources salespeople have at their disposal to generate revenue more effectively. Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, the successful candidate will have a strong background in sales support, especially in a sales operations or sales enablement role.
Your Most Important Initiatives:
- Drive sales tool utilization:
- Partner with 3rd party platform providers to deeply understand existing tool functionality
- Map tool features to current sales processes and needs
- Work directly with salespeople and sales management to improve tool feature utilization
- Own rollout and training of new tools or features, including directly training end-users
- Onboard new sales associates on effective sales tool usage
- Provide insights and actionable data intelligence to revenue leaders, specifically for:
- Measure sales performance and effectiveness
- Design and monitor stack rankings and “how to win” sales data
- Assist in gathering appropriate metrics to measure sales performance plan progress
- Partner with enablement direct to measure KPIs associated with salesperson skills, including measuring effectiveness of provided trainings
- Measure success of GTM launches and sales projects
- Partner with operations to build proper GTM tracking foundations & reporting methods
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to deliver KPIs to track project success
- Measure sales performance and effectiveness
- Drive final phase of sales GTM launch motion:
- Collaborate with other departments, especially product and marketing, to ensure the sales staff has the tools, resources, and training needed to successfully sell new offerings
- Identify resources needed, such as presentations/decks, one-pagers, leave behinds, etc.
- Work with sales leaders to identify and develop talk tracks, discovery questions, objecting handling elements, pricing & packaging information, etc.
- Assist in final sales training presentation development and delivery to ensure inclusion of all necessary training elements
- Collaborate with other departments, especially product and marketing, to ensure the sales staff has the tools, resources, and training needed to successfully sell new offerings
What You Bring:
- 2+ years experience in a sales support role (sales or marketing operations, enablement, go-to-market)
- Knowledge of sales tools is required (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, and ZoomInfo are preferred)
- Previous experience driving GTM success, including strong cross-collaboration and communication skills
- Previous experience working with sales KPIs and deriving actionable insights
- Basic understanding of common sales processes, skills, and practices (discovery questioning, objection handling, negotiations, sales methodologies, qualification frameworks, etc.
