GoCanvas and SiteDocs work together as part of the Nemetschek Group to streamline construction and field operations. GoCanvas specializes in digital fieldworker collaboration and compliance, while SiteDocs, a GoCanvas solution, focuses on workplace safety management through mobile and web apps. Together, these platforms create a unified ecosystem that improves efficiency, safety, and collaboration across construction projects.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to help execute marketing programs across GoCanvas and SiteDocs. In this role, you will contribute to pipeline growth across field, partner, and OEM motions. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and enjoys owning execution across a variety of marketing activities.

Your Most Important Initiatives:
  • Execute marketing initiatives aligned to sales priorities and target accounts
  • Assist with partner and co-marketing initiatives, including campaigns, communications, and joint activities 
  • Provide day-to-day marketing support for sales efforts, including targeted account and outreach programs 
  • Provide support for events and webinars, including coordination, promotion, and follow-up, on an as-needed basis
  • Collaborate with contractors, designers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality assets and campaign deliverables
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure alignment on priorities, target accounts, and revenue-driving activities 
  • Manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure programs are executed efficiently and on schedule
What You Bring:
  • 1–3 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or field marketing roles.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or content management systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo etc.) helpful but not required
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to take ownership of administrative and execution tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
