This role combines prospecting and lead generation, data enrichment, GTM technology, sales process optimization, and automation to ensure BDRs are equipped with high-quality, enriched, segmented lead data and effective outbound workflows

Your Most Important Initiatives:
  • Lead Sourcing & Prospecting: Identify and source high-quality prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, Salesforce, and other relevant GTM tools.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Build and manage targeted prospect lists, apply advanced search filters, identify relevant personas and accounts, monitor buying signals, and support account-based prospecting initiatives.
  • Clay.ai Workflow Ownership: Design, build, and maintain Clay tables and workflows for lead sourcing, enrichment, segmentation, data waterfalls, and data validation using sources such as ZoomInfo and other enrichment providers.
  • Lead Enrichment & Data Quality: Enrich and validate account and contact data to maximize accuracy, coverage, and usability for BDR outreach.
  • Outbound Campaign Support: Build, launch, and optimize automated outbound email sequences and campaigns, including deliverability monitoring, inbox rotation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Map, evaluate, and continuously improve sales development processes to reduce manual work, minimize handoff friction, and improve speed, consistency, and accuracy across the lead-to-outreach lifecycle.
  • Automation & GTM Tooling: Identify, evaluate, and implement new tools, integrations, and automation workflows such as Clay, Instantly, Zapier/Make, Salesforce, and other GTM technologies.
  • Prospect Warming: Develop and execute pre-outreach workflows to warm prospects before BDR engagement, including targeted content distribution, automated engagement sequences, and multi-channel touchpoints.
  • Salesforce Lead Management: Manage lead inventory within Salesforce, monitor lead volume, quality, age, status, and allocation, and help ensure BDRs receive the right leads at the right time.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Use Salesforce, outbound campaign platforms, and other reporting tools to monitor lead source, campaign, and prospecting performance; identify trends and translate insights into actionable process improvements.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze prospecting and campaign data to identify opportunities, measure effectiveness, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Efficiency & Scale: Continuously bring forward new ideas for lead sources, automation, workflows, segmentation, and process redesign with a strong bias toward measurable efficiency gains.
  • GTM & Product Understanding: Develop a strong understanding of the company’s product, ICP, personas, and GTM strategy to ensure sourcing, enrichment, segmentation, and messaging remain aligned with business priorities.
  • Content & Campaign Collaboration: Partner with Sales Enablement and Business Development leadership to refine outbound messaging, campaign targeting, and sequence copy based on performance and market feedback.
  • Salesforce Process & Architecture: Maintain a working understanding of Salesforce data structures, lead management processes, and key architecture considerations to support data integrity and clean operational handoffs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with BDRs, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and Sales Development leadership to maintain strong feedback loops around lead quality, campaign performance, volume, and process effectiveness.
  • Adaptability & Continuous Improvement: Respond effectively to changing business priorities, GTM strategies, technologies, and processes while continuously looking for ways to improve execution.

What You Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in prospecting, lead generation, sales development, business development operations, or a related function; SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and strong understanding of prospecting and account research workflows.
  • Strong understanding of GTM concepts, sales development processes, and modern GTM technology stacks.
  • Experience working with GTM tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Instantly, Salesloft, Outreach, or similar platforms.
  • Strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret prospecting, lead, and campaign data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Experience building or improving workflows, automations, data enrichment processes, or sales operations processes.
  • Ability to work effectively across functions and collaborate with BDRs, Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and leadership.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment where priorities, tools, and processes evolve quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to independently identify issues, investigate root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain data, processes, and technical workflows to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive, curious, and continuous-improvement oriented, with a willingness to experiment, test new approaches, and learn new technologies.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 05/31/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
