GoCanvas is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Account Manager to join our team! This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with our channel partners, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and support needed to drive mutual success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, is extremely organized, and has a strategic mindset.


Your Most Important Initiatives:

  • Act as the primary liaison for partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Empower strategic partners with the necessary resources and support to successfully sell GoCanvas solutions.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure GoCanvas and SiteDocs remain top of mind.
  • Develop deep expertise in identifying and enabling partners on key use cases where GoCanvas can deliver significant value to their customer base.
  • Establish and nurture executive-level relationships to secure ongoing support and commitment within strategic partner organizations.
  • Design and implement scalable processes to drive success with large Value-Added Resellers (VARs).
  • Develop and execute engaging campaigns to generate enthusiasm and increase mindshare within partner accounts, including webinars, lunch-and-learns, and special events.
  • Establish structured processes for conducting pipeline reviews with partner Account Executives to ensure alignment with Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and booking targets.
  • Stay informed of industry and technology trends that impact partners and their customer base to provide strategic guidance and insights.
  • Provide ongoing training and enablement to ensure partners are well-equipped with product knowledge and sales tools.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, product / R&D, and customer success, to support partner initiatives and enhance collaboration.
  • Regularly conduct Business Reviews with partners to assess performance progress against established business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, partner management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and other sales enablement platforms.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support partner engagements and events.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance (medical, dental & vision), life insurance, 401(k) & paid time off. The expected compensation range for this position is about $60k- $70k USD annually + commission. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
