  • Performance Management: You hold your team to consistent KPI and Metrics and coach under performing reps to meet and exceed targets
  • Data-Driven Decisions: You leverage Salesforce to track rep performance, you monitor leading indicators to highlight areas of success or opportunity. You consistently provide reps with feedback based on your findings .
  • Strategic Prospect Engagement: You are comfortable building out prospecting cadences and making recommendations on outreach priorities (warm outreach, nurtured cadences, automated marketing emails)
  • Forward-Thinking Execution: You bring a proactive, strategic mindset to the team and are always exploring new lead sources, and outbound prospecting tactics to improve conversion and scale pipeline generation.
  • Collaborative by Design: You work well cross-functionally with BDRs, Sales Ops, and leadership to align on areas of success that can be added to the outbound motion, building strong feedback loops that fuel continuous improvement across our GTM motion

What You Bring:

  • You’re a hands-on leader with a track record of coaching outbound teams to hit and exceed high-volume targets.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments and know how to motivate individuals to consistently perform under pressure.
  • You understand the ins and outs of cold calling (script building, objection handling, call frequency and lead management)
  • You have a strong understanding of data: you use KPIs to guide your team, identify bottlenecks, and work to improve performance at rep and team level.
  • You have experience fine tuning outbound strategies (implementing new tools, lead workflows or new messaging)
  • You’re an excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator
  • You have a strong sense of ownership and autonomy.
  • You take initiative, follow through, and are always looking to raise the bar.
  • You’re passionate about building a strong team culture rooted in accountability, continuous improvement, and shared success!

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
