As a Team Lead for our Business Development Associates (which we call Mobile Application Consultants), you will be a key member of the revenue team and our future success. You will be responsible for recruiting, developing & coaching a high-velocity team that’s responsible for initial engagement with customers and qualifying them on their future value potential. You will work closely with our New Business Sales (which we call Senior Mobile Application Consultants) team, passing highly qualified leads for conversion to paying accounts.
We’re looking for someone who will covet the adrenaline of a venture-backed business that is experiencing hyper revenue growth. You will have a laser focus on metrics & coaching, with a proven track record of exceeding goals in a Business Development function, ideally as a team lead.

What You Bring
Successful background in Business Development function and preferably leading a team for 1+ years
Ideally worked for a SaaS and/or mobile software company in a startup environment
A data & metrics-driven approach to making decisions and measuring areas for performance improvement
Ability to hire, develop and retain great Sales talent
Ability to keep a millennial workforce motivated, engaged and accountable
Competency using Salesforce.com, and experience using other Sales enablement tools like Velocify, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo. etc.
