As the Sales Manager you will oversee a team of Sales Executives and Business Development Reps. You are responsible for ARR growth along with reaching lead conversion metrics. You will strive to make your team better by providing excellent coaching and creating a culture of continual development. You will be responsible for making the sales department at SiteDocs a place where Sales Professionals dream of working all over the world.

What you will do as a Sales Manager:
  • Achieve ARR, Win %, revenue/BDR and lead conversion goals 
  • Management of lead funnel to best practice (TTFC, Instant Demo, neglected, on time steps, etc.) 
  • Conducting rep deal review based on insights, leadership request or warning lights 
  • Conducting interviews and aligning with leadership on hiring decisions 
  • Deploy coaching plans according to warning lights and insights to increase team effectiveness 
  • Present results to leadership and meet weekly to strategize on priorities and surface insights to VP 
  • Complete a minimum of 2 scorecards per rep/week to identify improvements or learnings 
  • Manage the skills and knowledge certification process for your team 
  • Condense and synthesize critical information and make it available to the organization 
  • Manages Sales Rep and BDR workload to ensure efficient handling of prospects 
  • Attract, hire, train and retain top talent.
  • Foster culture of continual learning/improvement
Helpful Qualifications and Experience:
  • Ambitious, strategic, and passionate about sales 
  • Relationship orientated and strong rapport building skills 
  • Experience in negotiating and excellent presentation skills 
  • Experience creating urgency and educating on a value proposition 
  • A history of making sales representatives better 
  • Previous experience in a high-growth company managing people 
  • Familiar with being accountable to a team target and managing your team’s individual goals 
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft or similar is an asset
  • Familiar with how to attract and retain top talent

  • Ability to coach sales executives to be better at performing discovery, demos and follow up 
  • Ability to create accurate revenue projections based on your teams funnel 
  • You are an articulate and concise communicator.
