The Role, Mobile Forms Builder

As a Mobile Forms Builder, you will play a key role in creating and optimizing mobile forms and custom reports on the GoCanvas platform. Working closely with the sales team, you’ll ensure that prospective customers receive tailored solutions that align with their needs, facilitating a smooth transition to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver dynamic mobile forms and custom reports based on customer requirements.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand prospective customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Ensure timely delivery of forms, adhering to internal turnaround times and SLAs.
Support implementation by creating forms that align with service offerings for a seamless customer experience.

What Success Looks Like:

Deliver fully functional mobile forms that can be effectively demonstrated to prospective customers within a 48-hour turnaround.
Contribute to the team’s success in meeting or exceeding growth goals each quarter.

What You Bring:

1+ year of experience in an engineering or technical role.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Expertise in Excel and a strong comfort level with technology.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a technical aptitude for resolving complex issues.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging technologies.

Bonus Skills/Nice to Haves:

Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, Zapier, Workato, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, SQL, and JSON.
