We are looking for a high-performing Director of SaaS Sales to lead one of our Inside Sales Teams. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, through a combination of coaching, strategy & talent management.

Director of SaaS Sales responsibilities include developing growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.

 

Your Most Important Initiatives:

  • Own & hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Hire and retain top Sales professionals
  • Help team members build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Ongoing coaching and sales skills development
  • Understand key performance metrics and manage towards them
  • Data-driven approach to decision making
  • Motivate a millennial workforce, while creating a culture of accountability and positivity  
  • Ensure that the team is able to effectively communicate the value proposition through presentations and business conversation
  • Collaborate & build relationships with other departments and stakeholders

  • Previous experience in SaaS software is preferred, and in a startup environment is even better
